Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT with infrastructure focus.
• 8–10 years of hands-on desktop support in enterprise environments.
• Experience with enterprise endpoint management platforms for software distribution and patching.

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced desktop support onsite to diagnose and resolve hardware and OS incidents.
• Coordinate remote troubleshooting to address software issues and configuration conflicts.
• Implement standardized desktop images and baselines for performance and security.
• Administer endpoint management platforms to deploy patches and updates with minimal disruption.
• Monitor desktop health via dashboards and logs, identify trends and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with service desk to handle escalations and guide resolution times.
• Document procedures and resolution steps for knowledge sharing.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and remediation.
• Coordinate with network and app teams to ensure connectivity and performance.
• Manage workstation lifecycle, inventory and license verification.
• Support security initiatives by applying endpoint controls and remediation.
• Engage users to optimize configurations for productivity.
• Participate in continuous improvement by evaluating new desktop tools and automation.
