Job summary

Saransh Inc. is seeking an experienced Field Services professional to provide on-site desktop support and incident resolution, ensuring high endpoint availability and user satisfaction.

The role requires collaboration with service desk and network teams to maintain security and performance across multiple sites. You will implement standardized desktop images, manage software deployments and patches, and participate in continuous improvement of desktop tools and automation to reduce manual work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information technology or related discipline with focus on infrastructure and systems support.
• 8–10 years hands-on desktop support or systems engineering in enterprise environments with incident handling and escalation experience.
• Advanced proficiency in workstation operating systems, endpoint configuration, user profile management, and desktop app support.
• Experience with enterprise endpoint management platforms for software distribution, patch management, inventory, and policy enforcement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced desktop support for on-site colleagues by diagnosing and resolving complex hardware and OS incidents to maintain high endpoint availability and user satisfaction.
• Coordinate remote troubleshooting sessions using secure enterprise tools to address software issues and restore workstation functionality quickly.
• Implement standardized desktop images and configuration baselines to ensure consistent performance, security hardening, and policy compliance.
• Administer endpoint management platforms to deploy software packages, patches, and configuration updates with minimal disruption to operations.
• Monitor desktop environment health via centralized dashboards and logs to identify incident trends and propose preventive improvements.
