Job summary

SNK America, Inc. is seeking a Field Services Engineer to install, commission, and service SNK, JOBS, and NISSIN machine tools at customer locations in North America. The role involves diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and control system issues, performing preventive maintenance, and documenting service activities.

Qualifications

• Strong field service capabilities: installation, commissioning, on-site support for CNC machine tools.
• Proficient troubleshooting for mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and control systems.
• Experience delivering technical support with remote and in-person assistance.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and service SNK, JOBS, NISSIN machine tools at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform preventive maintenance.
• Document service activities and coordinate with Tech Center and internal teams to resolve problems.
