H. T. PROF Group is seeking a CNC Field Service Engineer to provide installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance support for CNC machine tools across the United States. The role requires strong electrical and mechanical skills, along with an exemplary customer service approach.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and over 5 years of hands-on CNC experience. This position demands extensive travel and offers opportunities to troubleshoot various technical challenges.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in CNC machine tool maintenance and service (electrical and mechanical).
• Proven experience installing and servicing machining centers.
• Strong knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Install new CNC machine tool systems at customer sites.
• Perform machine leveling, geometry checks, and final adjustments.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic issues.
