THE ROLE:

This is a full-time Field Service Engineer position covering customer sites across New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New York. You'll install, maintain, and repair diagnostic imaging equipment at customer locations, keeping systems performing at their best with minimal downtime. You'll work directly with healthcare clients and represent GSI Solutions professionally on every call.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Field service experience on medical or imaging equipment in customer environments
• Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills, with the ability to resolve complex hardware and software issues
• Experience performing preventive maintenance and meeting service schedules
• Solid customer service skills: clear communication, managing expectations, and building strong client relationships
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in electronics, biomedical engineering, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
• IT education or experience (e.g., CompTIA A+/Network+ or coursework in computer networking), including Windows PCs, networking, DICOM, and PACS connectivity
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and service documentation, and to use diagnostic tools effectively
• Willingness to travel throughout the territory, with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable working in clinical settings and following safety and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, OSHA)
• Diagnostic imaging service experience is a plus
