Job summary

A medical device service provider seeks an experienced Service Engineer to maintain and repair PET/CT medical imaging devices across various sites. This role demands strong troubleshooting skills, recent field service experience, and factory training from PHILIPS, GE, or SIEMENS. Responsibilities include scheduled maintenance, accurate documentation of service activities, and necessary travel. Qualifications

Must have recent Field Service Engineer experience.
Must have experience in PET/CT modalities.
Must provide trained certificate from any OEM.
Must provide trained certificate from any of the OEM (Philips/GE/Siemens).

Responsibilities

Maintain and repair PET/CT medical imaging devices.
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance.
Document all service activities accurately.
Travel to various sites for technical needs.
Learn and gain knowledge of imaging equipment to perform preventative maintenance on machines.
Accurately document all service activities per Company Quality Standards.
Assess, calibrate, and maintain test equipment.
Submit field service reports timely and according to standards.
Communicate with account manager on services being provided.
Manage and maintain company assets required to perform job functions.

Provider of medical imaging repair and maintenance seeks an experienced Service Engineer to maintain, and repair PET/CT medical imaging devices

MUST HAVE THIS SKILL SET AND EXPERIENCE!!!

Thrives to provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance with equipment and maintain a high quality of customer satisfaction.

Assist in the repair of diagnostic imaging equipment specific to PET/CT medical imaging devices background
Must be a self-starter, able to travel and work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to resolve problems, think analytically, and communicate professionally in high-pressure, time-sensitive, customer environments
Perform Scheduled preventative maintenance that includes calibrations and verifications of system specifications.
Learn and gain knowledge of imaging equipment in order to perform preventative maintenance on machines.
Accurately document all service activities in accordance with the Company Quality Standards.
Assess, calibrate, and maintain test equipment
Submitting field service reports timely and according to functional standards.
Communicate with account manager on services being provided.
Manage and Maintain company assets required to perform all necessary job functions.

This job operates in the field where the individual will be going to several different sites to and will be around a variety of medical imaging equipment.

Work Schedule

Primarily Monday thru Friday normal business hours occasional evening and weekends.

Physical Demands

The physical requirements that are essential to perform this job are to talk and to hear.

It will also be required by the employee to frequently stand; walk, lift up to 75 Lbs., to use hands to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
