Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Services Engineer located in Fuquay-Varina, NC. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for field service tasks including troubleshooting and technical support, performing preventive maintenance, and delivering excellent customer service. The role involves traveling to client sites, diagnosing and resolving issues, and ensuring the optimal functioning of our products.

Qualifications

• Experience in Field Service and Preventive Maintenance
• Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
• Ability to work independently and travel to various client sites
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Relevant technical certification or degree is preferred
• Experience in the medical device industry is a plus
