Job summary

ArchKey Solutions in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Field Services Specialist to support day-to-day administration for labor managers and field leadership, ensuring all activities align with company policies and safety standards.

You will coordinate hiring paperwork, timekeeping, training, and meetings, while maintaining accurate data, coordinating technology requests, and fostering strong relationships with customers, vendors, and field staff.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience in construction management, IT support, administration, business or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction field dispatching.
• Strong knowledge of union collective bargaining agreements and building construction is a plus.
• Strong organizational, project management, training, and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Process paperwork for field labor hiring and layoffs and coordinate with HR, payroll and unions.
• Provide daily administrative support to labor managers, field leadership, and field employees.
• Schedule meetings and trainings for field personnel and process technology requests.
• Assist with portability management for field employees across jurisdictions.
• Maintain positive communications with customers, vendors and staff reflecting company values.
• Apply LEAN concepts to improve efficiency and safety.
• Promote the company mission and DEI values.
