The role emphasizes strong organization, communication and adherence to company policies. Applicants should have an associate degree or equivalent experience, 3–5 years in construction field dispatching, and the ability to work with union agreements.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, project management, training and customer service skills.
• Experience in construction field dispatching is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with labor managers and field leadership.

Responsibilities

• Process paperwork for field labor hiring and layoffs and coordinate with HR and payroll.
• Provide daily administrative support to labor managers and field staff.
• Schedule meetings and trainings for field personnel and process tech requests.
• Maintain accurate systems data including timekeeping, logs, and certifications.
• Promote safety and LEAN principles in daily operations.
