Job summary

Clean Harbors is seeking a Field Services Account Manager in San Jose, California to lead lead generation and secure Field Services and Industrial business within an assigned territory.

The role focuses on developing and strengthening relationships with customers to drive profitable revenue, negotiating terms, and collaborating with other sales teams to meet revenue objectives. Travel 30-50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sales or business management is an asset.
• Background in Field Services or Industrial Services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish new business opportunities at existing and new customers.
• Collaborate with other sales teams within Clean Harbors.
• Meet quarterly and annual revenue objectives.
• Negotiate pricing and contract requirements.
• Be the primary contact and problem solver for assigned accounts and new opportunities.
• Track activities, opportunities, and accounts using CH tools to craft strategies.
