Clean Harbors is seeking a Field Services Account Manager in San Jose, CA to drive lead generation and secure Field Services and Industrial business across an assigned territory.

The role emphasizes building profitable relationships, achieving revenue targets, and collaborating with other sales teams. Hazardous waste experience is encouraged, with a strong preference for Field/Industrial services background and Salesforce CRM proficiency.

Qualifications

• Hazardous waste experience encouraged.
• Experience with Hazardous Waste handling is a plus.
• Experience with Field Services or Industrial Services preferred.
• Experience using Salesforce CRM.
• Willingness to travel 30-50%.

Responsibilities

• Establish new business opportunities at existing and new customers.
• Collaborate with other sales teams to cross-sell and grow revenue.
• Meet quarterly and annual revenue objectives.
• Develop strong relationships with local branches.
• Negotiate pricing and contract requirements.
• Be the primary contact and problem solver for assigned accounts.
