Job summary

Clearsite Industrial is seeking a Field Services Account Manager to drive growth and maintain client relationships in the environmental services sector across our local and regional accounts. You will balance safety with service delivery while expanding opportunities and ensuring targets are met.

Candidates should have B2B sales experience, CRM proficiency, and the ability to travel for customer and site visits. Base salary ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 plus commission, with additional benefits.

Qualifications

B2B sales experience including account management and business development.
Experience meeting revenue targets or quotas in sales/account management.
Experience in Field Services or Industrial Services.
Background resolving customer issues related to RCRA, DOT, CERCLA, environmental remediation, emergency response, or industrial high-pressure cleaning.
Experience using software to track and manage accounts, opportunities, and sales activities.
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to travel as needed for customer and site visits.

Responsibilities

Prioritize health and safety by following safe work practices, policies and procedures.
Develop new business opportunities with existing and prospective customers and secure Field Services work such as hazardous waste remediation, tank cleaning, and emergency response.
Collaborate with internal sales teams and local branches to maximize revenue and service delivery.
Meet quarterly and annual revenue targets while monitoring sales activities and results.
Track and manage activities, opportunities, and accounts using CRM tools and leverage insights to drive strategy and cross-sell services.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms to secure profitable business.
Serve as the primary contact and problem solver for assigned accounts and new opportunities.
Assist with collection of invoiced revenue from customers.
Cultivate relationships with stakeholders to achieve program goals and position Clearsite as an indispensable partner.
