Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
• Experience in warehouse, inventory management, delivery driving, customer service or VMI is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Basic computer proficiency, including CRM and inventory systems.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining team communication.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain VMI locations at customer facilities.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock to prevent shortages.
• Keep VMI stations clean, organized, and professional.
• Report inventory discrepancies and trends to appropriate teams.
• Document customer visits and follow-up activities in CRM.
• Safely operate vehicles and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Receive, stock, organize, and pick inventory accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment and support additional tasks.
