Job summary

Alloy Fasteners is seeking a dependable Field Service Associate / Warehouse Associate & Driver to support VMI programs, warehouse operations, and customer deliveries. This role blends field service, inventory management, driving, and warehouse duties to ensure customers receive products on time.

You will visit customer facilities, maintain accurate inventory, document visits in the CRM, and collaborate with account managers and warehouse teams to improve service levels and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in warehouse, inventory management, or VMI preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical warehouse tasks.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain VMI locations at customer facilities.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock to prevent shortages.
• Prepare customer orders for shipment and delivery.
• Document customer visits and follow up in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and warehouse teams to resolve issues and improve service.
