Alloy Fasteners is seeking a dependable Field Service Associate / Warehouse Associate & Driver to support VMI programs, warehouse operations, and customer deliveries. The role blends field service with inventory control and driving, ideal for someone who values customer relationships and accuracy.

You will visit customer facilities, monitor stock, replenish as needed, and maintain organized VMI stations while representing Alloy Fasteners with professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Experience in warehouse, inventory management, delivery driving, or VMI preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient with CRM and inventory systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain VMI locations at customer facilities.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock to prevent shortages and production disruptions.
• Ensure VMI stations are clean, organized, professional, and reflective of Alloy's commitment to excellence.
• Identify inventory discrepancies, usage trends, and potential issues and communicate them promptly.
• Build positive working relationships with customer contacts and provide exceptional service during each visit.
• Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products to customers.
• Receive, stock, organize, and pick inventory accurately.
• Document customer visits, conversations, concerns, requests, and follow-up activities in the company's CRM system.
