Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking an Associate Service Technician for our Minneapolis team to perform necessary home service work and help bring happiness to every home. You will report to the Installation Manager and collaborate with Lead Installers and Trainers to complete assignments safely and effectively.

Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience in residential remodeling, carpentry, construction.
• Pride in work and unwavering commitment to customers.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Must have a smart phone or device for two-factor authentication logged into required systems.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers and take a visual tour of the service area, updating on progress.
• Perform service on customers' windows and doors in a safe, effective manner.
• Review service completion with customer and obtain signatures.
• Leave customer location clean and safe after service.
