Job summary

You will lead multi-technician jobs, conduct water tests, and handle warranty concerns while delivering high customer satisfaction. Requirements include a High School Diploma, 3–5 years in construction or fenestration, a valid driver's license, and proficient use of hand and power tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of general construction or building material installation experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of fenestration manufacturing or installation experience preferred.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools; ability to complete advanced diagnostics and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and installations of windows and doors.
• Lead multi-technician jobs and coordinate with internal teams and customers.
• Conduct water tests and document results using internal software.
• Provide technical support via phone and email to internal and external stakeholders.
• Deescalate warranty or service concerns professionally, maintaining customer confidence.
• Travel within assigned territory daily; overnight travel may be required depending on territory.
