Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Window & Door Service Technician in Brooklyn Park, MN to perform on-site inspections, repairs, and parts support for windows and doors. The role combines field service with service center duties, emphasizing safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site inspections of windows, patio doors, and exterior doors.
• Troubleshoot, repair, install, and provide parts support.
• Document issues with notes/photos and provide estimates.
• Operate company vehicles safely and maintain cleanliness of field tools.
• Support service center with parts sales, quotes, orders, and restocking.
