Job summary

West Shore Home in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Service Technician to perform safe, high-quality service on windows and doors. You will report to the Installation Manager and collaborate with Lead Installers, Trainers, and Operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Exceptionally strong attention to detail.
• Experience in residential remodeling, carpentry, construction.

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Must have a valid smartphone or smart device to log into required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers and take a visual tour of service area; keep customer apprised of service progress.
• Perform service on customer’s windows and doors in a safe and effective manner.
• Review service completion with customer and secure required signatures.
• Leaves customer location in a clean and safe appearance.
