Job summary

Power Home Remodeling is seeking an experienced Service Technician to diagnose, replace or repair in-field installation issues for windows, doors, siding, roofing and gutters. The role focuses on field work with minimal supervision and requires proven experience in the home remodeling industry.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma, 2–4 years of related work experience, OSHA 10 and RRP Lead Renovator Certification (or willingness to obtain).

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma and 2-4 years of related work experience.
• Strong customer service and time-management skills are essential.
• Experience in home remodeling and knowledge of windows/doors, siding, roofing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and complete services in a timely manner.
• Diagnose installation issues and propose viable solutions with timelines.
• Prepare equipment and materials before appointments.
• Review customer details and requirements prior to service calls.
• Perform services safely and per company standards.
• Communicate issues requiring escalation back to customers and managers.
• Maintain quality workmanship and strive for service improvements.
