The role emphasizes field work with minimal supervision and requires substantial experience in the home remodeling industry, especially replacement windows and doors.

Candidates must have a High School Diploma and 2–4 years in related work, plus OSHA 10 and Lead Renovator certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 2-4 years of related work experience required.
• OSHA 10, RRP Lead Renovator Certification will be provided upon employment if not currently certified.

Responsibilities

• Confirm all scheduled services 1-2 days in advance.
• Prepare equipment and/or materials before appointments.
• Review customer details and service requirements beforehand.
• Perform services efficiently, adhering to safety protocols and company standards.
• Complete services within designated timeframes while maintaining quality.
• Seek ways to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
