West Shore Home is hiring a Service Technician for the Minneapolis team. You will perform service work on windows and doors, report to the Installation Manager, and collaborate with Lead Installers and Trainers to ensure quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential remodeling or carpentry is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to customers.
• Valid driver's license and reliable smartphone.
• Ability to work on windows/doors safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers and assess service area, keep them updated on progress.
• Perform window and door service in a safe, efficient manner.
• Review completion with customers and obtain signatures.
• Leave customer locations clean and orderly.
