Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Service Technician on our Boston team to perform essential service work on windows and doors with safety and quality at the forefront. You will report to the Installation Manager and collaborate with Lead Installers, Trainers, and Warehouse/Operations staff in Franklin, MA.

This full-time role offers training, tools, a company vehicle, and a clear career path. Schedule: Monday–Friday, starting at 6:30 AM, with overtime opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Exceptionally strong attention to detail.
• Experience in residential remodeling, carpentry, construction.
• Pride in workmanship and commitment to customers.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device to log into company systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers and review service area with them.
• Perform service on windows and doors safely and effectively.
• Review service completion with customer and obtain signatures.
• Leave the job site clean and safe.
