Job summary

Apex Water and Process, a leader in water and process management, is seeking a Field Service Representative for Twin Cities and surrounding areas. You will apply your mechanical and technical skills to service client water treatment systems on site, perform installations, and troubleshoot complex issues.

The role offers extensive training, hands-on field experience, and clear pathways for advancement within a fast-growing, team-focused company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or 2 years hands-on mechanical/technical experience.
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in varied environments.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 3 nights per month.

Responsibilities

• Work onsite at customer locations to service water treatment programs.
• Assist with delivery, installation, commissioning and repair of systems.
• Support Account Managers by tracking orders and inventory at each site.
• Send service reports to Account Manager within 24 hours of service visit.
• Maintain professional image through punctuality and reliability.
• Keep vehicle and equipment in good operating condition.
• Local travel up to 10% with occasional overnight travel as needed.
