Job summary

Apex Water and Process is seeking Equipment Technicians to support the Field Team with installation and setup of water treatment equipment. You will calibrate control systems, prime chemical pumps, and troubleshoot issues as part of hands-on customer support.

The role involves learning chemical dosing and testing, operating equipment on-site for customers, and occasional travel. A high school diploma and basic mechanical aptitude are required. Training is provided for water treatment needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in plumbing, maintenance, general repair, water treatment or similar work.
• Comfortable with basic computer use and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of water treatment equipment.
• Learn and apply chemical dosing and testing for start-up and troubleshooting.
• Start up and operate equipment for customers and train their team.
• Use basic electrical knowledge to operate equipment and troubleshoot issues.
• Travel to client locations for hands-on installation and training (overnight travel may be required).
• Keep detailed records of service activities and share with management.
