H2O Innovation is seeking a Field Service Technician to service, maintain, and operate water treatment systems in the field. The role involves hands-on work, travel up to 75%, and participation in innovative projects from Ramsey, MN, with national travel to customer sites.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of related experience, can read technical plans, and work autonomously with strong organization and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of related work experience.
• Ability to read technical plans.
• Available to travel 75% of the time.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Be organized, rigorous and meticulous.

• Have a positive and professional attitude towards team and clients.
• Exceptional work ethic with ability to work without constant supervision.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull at least 50-75 lbs.
• Travel to customer sites with periodic visits to the USA Service Office in Ramsey, MN and other locations.

Responsibilities

• Load and change RO/UF and other membranes.
• Perform CIP (Clean in place) on water systems.
• Mechanically install/replace pipes, equipment, instruments and valves for water filtration equipment.
• Glue PVC pipe and fittings.
• Measure, cut, drill and tap for supports or installation.
• Pull wires, label them and land to devices.
• Ensure a good quality product.
• Support process improvements.
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
• Carry out all other related tasks.
• LOTO (Lock-Out-Tag-Out) procedures.
• Fill out field reports.
