Job summary

Apex Water and Process Inc. seeks a Field Service Representative in Austin, TX and surrounding area to provide technical support and guidance to water treatment clients.

You will troubleshoot equipment, install systems, perform routine service, and document findings for account managers, with opportunities to grow into account management. The role requires a high school diploma, relevant field experience, and strong communication; travel is expected, and the company offers comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience in technical service in industrial water treatment or specialty chemicals.
• Knowledge of water treatment systems such as filtration, disinfection and chemical dosing.
• Experience with cooling tower, steam generation, and closed-loop water systems.
• Hands-on approach to troubleshoot equipment and perform repairs.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical service to customers and support installation and start-up.
• Monitor water treatment programs and document findings in reports.
• Travel within the region, with some overnight trips as needed.
• Maintain and apply safety policies and SOPs.
• Coordinate with Account Manager and place/orders and track inventory.
