Job summary

Veolia Group in the United States is seeking a Field Service Representative (FSR) to deliver on-site technical service as the primary liaison with industrial customers. You will commute daily, install, maintain, and troubleshoot chemical feed equipment and water treatment systems while building lasting relationships through technical excellence.

This role requires a technical degree or diploma, 2–5 years in instrumentation/electronics or related fields, a valid driver's license, and willingness

Qualifications

• Technical degree or diploma in a relevant engineering/technical field is preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–5 years of instrumentation, electronics, plant operations/maintenance, or related technical training.
• Familiarity with water treatment processes and industrial equipment preferred.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel (travel required).

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and service chemical feed equipment, pumps, controllers, and instrumentation systems at customer sites.
• Act as technical consultant, providing recommendations, training, and solutions to customer management and technical teams per contract language.
• Perform water analysis, calibrate equipment, program controllers, conduct preventative maintenance, and diagnose/resolve system issues via remote or on-site support.
• Maintain detailed service reports, inventory management, and ensure all safety protocols are followed.
• Support one site and coordinate with account manager within the territory, collaborating with sales teams for optimal service delivery.
