Job summary

Veolia, a global leader in water treatment and environmental services, is seeking a Field Service Representative (FSR) to deliver on-site technical service, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting for chemical feed equipment and water treatment systems across multiple industrial sites. You will build lasting customer relationships through technical excellence and responsive support.

The role requires a technical degree or equivalent training, 2–5 years in instrumentation/electronics, and

Qualifications

Technical degree preferred; a high school diploma or GED required.
2–5 years of experience in instrumentation and electronics, plant operations/maintenance, or equivalent technical training.
Familiarity with water treatment processes and industrial equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

Install, commission, and service chemical feed equipment, pumps, controllers, and instrumentation systems at customer locations.
Perform water testing and analysis (pH, conductivity, hardness, silica, PTSA) and log data in Veolia’s Insight platform.
Serve as technical consultant providing recommendations, training, and solutions to customer management and technical teams.
Troubleshoot and optimize water systems, calibrate equipment, program controllers, and perform preventative maintenance, including remote support and on-site interventions.
Maintain detailed service reports, manage inventory, and follow safety protocols.
