Job summary

Pbna is seeking a skilled field technician to install, repair, and maintain vending, cooling, and fountain equipment at customer accounts. You will diagnose problems, perform repairs, and determine whether parts or replacements are needed.

Role requires frequent travel and customer contact, with emphasis on safety and quality workmanship. Responsibilities include scheduling service calls, documenting work orders, and keeping inventory in the service truck.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• CDL required (21+ if applicable) and valid U.S. CDL with Non-Excepted Interstate Status
• Pass DOT Physical and DOT Road-test (if required) and adhere to DOT regulations
• Senior technician requires refrigeration certification

Responsibilities

• Install, set up, repair and maintain vending, cooling and fountain equipment at customer sites.
• Diagnose equipment problems and determine repair or replacement actions.
• Travel to locations, perform service calls, and manage scheduling to meet customer windows.
• Unload/load products as necessary and maintain truck inventory.
• Educate customers on basic repair and upkeep procedures.
• Complete paperwork after each call and report every two hours as required.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues during service visits.
