Job summary

PepsiCo, a leading beverage company, seeks a skilled field service technician to install, repair, and maintain vending, cooling, and fountain equipment at customer sites across the Burlington area. You will diagnose problems, perform preventative maintenance, and educate customers on proper upkeep.

The role requires independent work, frequent customer contact, and physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience with mechanical systems, troubleshooting and repairs of appliances.
• Experience serving customers and communicating with store managers.
• Familiarity with electrical systems and basic plumbing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Repair and perform preventative maintenance on vending, cooling and fountain equipment.
• Unload and reload with products as necessary.
• Educate customers on basic equipment repair and upkeep procedures.
• Install equipment by connecting lines, water and gas supplies, and drains.
• Schedule service and PM calls to meet customer windows.
• Drive to locations, assess issues and perform repairs including plumbing/electricity/refrigeration.
• Maintain parts inventory on service truck and document work.
