Job summary

NCR Voyix in Peoria, IL is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, service and repair electromechanical equipment, including self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory. You will perform installations, maintenance, and timely service calls while delivering best-in-class support to major retail customers.

The role requires local residency, authorization to work in the U.S., a valid driver’s license, and physical stamina for lifting up to 75 lbs with or without assistance.

Qualifications

• Local candidate residing in Peoria, IL area.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have a valid driver's license and driving record.
• PC skills and basic electronics familiarity required.
• Ability to travel within a territory and work rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment, including self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory.
• Conduct maintenance, repairs, preventive maintenance, and system overhauls.
