Job summary

NCR Voyix Field Services is seeking a motivated Field Service Technician to join our team in Peoria, IL. You will perform installations, maintenance, and service calls on electromechanical equipment at major retail locations, ensuring uptime and customer satisfaction.

You will travel locally, work rotating shifts, and contribute to rapid issue resolution using on-site training. We offer medical, dental, life, vision insurance, 401(k), paid vacation, and a company vehicle to support service

Qualifications

• Local candidate to specific geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with suitable driving record.
• PC skills and basic electronic skills required.
• Ability to perform essential functions with/without accommodation.
• Prolonged travel with long driving days.
• Rotating and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment, including self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory.
• Conduct maintenance, repairs, preventive maintenance, and system overhauls.
