Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking Field Service Technicians to install, maintain, and service electromechanical equipment across an assigned territory. You’ll handle customer interactions, diagnose issues, and perform system overhauls as needed, with training provided to support growth.

The role emphasizes traveling to retail environments, working with a variety of hardware, and rotating shifts. A valid US work status and driver’s license are required, with comprehensive benefits offered from day one.

Qualifications

• Must be a local candidate for the geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record per NCR fleet requirements.
• PC and basic electronic skills; familiarity with hardware and operating systems.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodation.
• Willing to travel frequently, drive several hours per day.
• Rotating and weekend shifts; flexible shift times (morning/afternoon/evening).
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs. without assistance, up to 150 lbs. with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and service customer systems promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment such as self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
