Job summary

NCR Voyix in the United States is seeking a Field Service Technician I to install, maintain, and service electromechanical equipment across an assigned territory. You will respond to service calls, conduct routine PMs, and perform system overhauls to ensure reliable operation.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and willingness to travel with rotating shifts. Training is provided to build skills and advance in the field.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver's license and driving record that satisfies NCR fleet requirements.
• Prolonged travel with driving several hours per day.
• Rotating and weekend shifts with flexible start times.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
