Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking a Field Service Technician I to install, maintain, and service electromechanical equipment, including self-checkout systems, across an assigned territory in the United States. The role requires local residency, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel with rotating shifts.

The position includes hands-on and classroom training, competitive benefits, and a company-provided vehicle. Strong PC and hardware skills plus comfort with imaging software are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be local to the geographic area and authorized to work in the US.
• Valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets NCR fleet requirements.
• Proficiency with PCs, basic electronics, and hardware/OS familiarity.
• Willingness to travel extensively, including weekends and rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly within an assigned territory.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems.
• Conduct maintenance, preventive maintenance, and system overhauls as needed.
