Job summary

Guardian Fueling Technologies, Inc. is seeking a field service technician to troubleshoot electro-mechanical issues, install equipment, and perform repairs and scheduled maintenance for customers.

You will ensure complete customer satisfaction with a professional approach and safe work practices. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of mechanical/electrical experience, plus strong communication and schematics-reading abilities.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required with 1–3 years of mechanical/electrical experience or equivalent education.
• Strong verbal communication and excellent customer relations skills are essential.
• Ability to read schematics and manuals and work with electrical/mechanical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electro-mechanical problems and perform installations and repairs as required.
• Conduct scheduled maintenance on customer equipment per company procedures.
• Document service narratives and finalize time and repair paperwork accurately.
• Maintain tools, organize the van, and follow safety guidelines on site.
• Travel locally to service sites and provide professional customer service.
