Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and/or 1–3 years mechanical/electrical experience in a similar environment.
• Excellent people skills and verbal communication required.
• Knowledge of reading schematics and manuals.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and service manuals.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots electro-mechanical problems and recommends actions to correct issues.
• Provides excellent customer service and maintains professional demeanor.
• Analyzes service problems and determines corrective actions for equipment.
• Performs repairs and scheduled maintenance for contracted customers.
• Opens/closes work orders and documents time and repairs.
