Job summary

Guardian-Fueling-Technologies is seeking a field service technician to troubleshoot electro-mechanical problems, complete installations, and perform repairs and maintenance on fuel equipment. You will ensure customer satisfaction through professional service and safe operations.

The role requires reading schematics, strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, and a commitment to safety, with local travel and a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED plus 1–3 years mechanical and electrical experience.
• Excellent people skills and verbal communication required.
• Knowledge of reading schematics and manuals.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Ability to provide excellent customer relations with courtesy and consideration.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and work effectively.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electro-mechanical problems and perform installations.
• Conduct unscheduled repairs and scheduled maintenance on equipment.
• Open and close work orders with Dispatch and document service narratives.
• Maintain van cleanliness, organization and inventory.
• Ensure regulatory safety and hazardous waste disposal compliance.
