Job summary

Kodak Alaris is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial equipment at customer sites. This role involves frequent travel to customer locations to perform preventive maintenance and ensure optimal system performance.

Responsibilities include diagnosing electrical and mechanical issues, reading schematics, and documenting service activities. A high school diploma or GED is required, with preferred technical training and 3+ years of experience in

Qualifications

Strong electrical troubleshooting skills, including AC/DC circuits, motors and drives, sensors and controls.
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills, including transport rollers, timing belts, DC motors, bearings.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Install, commission, and start up equipment at customer facilities.
Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical issues.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
Document service activities, repairs, and parts usage through service reports.
Train customers on proper equipment operation and routine maintenance procedures.
