Job summary

Fives Group in North America is seeking experienced Field Service Technicians to support industrial machinery. You will troubleshoot, maintain, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, PLC, and CNC-controlled systems on site, delivering exceptional customer support across locations.

The role requires 2+ years of hands-on experience with industrial equipment, strong problem-solving, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Experience with electrical systems, PLCs, and/or CNC controls preferred.
• Background in industrial machinery, manufacturing equipment, or machine tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair complex mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, PLC, and CNC systems on-site.
• Provide exceptional customer support during service visits and field operations.
• Diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and implement quick fixes to minimize downtime.
