Job summary

Stryker Group in Wisconsin seeks an Associate Field Service Representative – Transport to support a designated service territory, repair and deliver Stryker transport equipment including stretchers, transport chairs, bed frames, and temperature management systems.

You will work mostly independently, document activities, uphold customer relations, and collaborate on Field Service projects while aiming for senior ProCare roles.

Qualifications

• High School diploma.
• Must be at least 21 years of age to meet driving requirements.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record to operate a company vehicle.
• Willingness to work extended weeks including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control checks and preventative maintenance.
• Complete documentation and order parts using computer software.
• Present the highest level of customer etiquette to support the sales team and promote equipment usage.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage service usage.
• Work mostly independently and collaborate with teammates on Field Service projects and initiatives.
• Adhere to Field Service metrics, including hours, overtime, inventory accuracy, and documentation cadence.
