Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Field Service Representative – Transport to support a designated service territory, repair and deliver transport equipment such as stretchers, transport chairs, bed frames, and temperature management systems.

You will work mostly independently, build strong customer relationships, complete documentation, and help drive field service metrics while growing into a more senior ProCare role within Stryker.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Must be at least 21 years old to meet driving requirements.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Willingness to work extended weeks including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Possess basic electronic and mechanical aptitude.
• Perform quality control checks and maintenance; repairs as needed.
• Use computer software to document, order parts, and reference training materials.
• Maintain high customer etiquette to support sales and promote equipment usage.
• Work independently while collaborating on Field Service projects.
• Adhere to Field Service metrics and documentation cadence.
