Job summary

Stryker in New Jersey is seeking an Associate Field Service Representative – Transport to support a designated service territory, repair and deliver equipment such as stretchers, transport chairs, bed frames, and temperature management systems.

You will work mostly independently, perform quality checks, document work using field software, and maintain strong customer relationships to promote service usage. A valid driver license and willingness to work extended weeks are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver license with clean driving record for company vehicle use.
• Willingness to work extended weeks, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control checks, preventative maintenance, and wireless upgrades.
• Use computer software to document work, order parts, reference training materials.
• Provide excellent customer service to promote equipment usage and strengthen relationships.
• Work independently and collaborate on Field Service projects and initiatives.
• Maintain Field Service metrics such as hours, overtime, and inventory accuracy.
