You will repair and deliver equipment with a focus on Transport solutions, supporting a designated service territory and interacting with a diverse product range including stretchers, transport chairs, bed frames, and temperature management systems.

Requires a High School diploma, be at least 21, and hold a valid driver's license with a clean record.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work extended weeks including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control checks and preventative maintenance, global hold repairs, and wireless upgrades.
• Repair and deliver Stryker equipment with a focus on Transport solutions.
• Utilize computer software to document, order parts, reference training materials, and more.
• Promote equipment and service usage by establishing and maintaining customer relationships.
• Adhere to and maintain field service metrics, including hours, overtime, inventory accuracy, and documentation cadence.
