Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Field Service Representative to support a designated service territory and repair, deliver, and install Transport equipment, including stretchers and bed frames. You will work mostly independently and partner with the sales team to promote equipment usage.

In this role you will complete quality checks, document activities using field software, and maintain service metrics while providing excellent customer service across the territory in Maine and beyond.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Must be at least 21 years old to meet driving requirements.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Willingness to work extended weeks including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Possess basic electronic and mechanical aptitude.
• Perform quality control checks, preventative maintenance, repairs, and wireless upgrades.
• Utilize computer software to document activities, order parts, and reference training materials.
• Provide excellent customer etiquette to support the sales team and promote equipment usage.
• Work independently and collaborate on Field Service projects and initiatives.
• Maintain field service metrics, including hours, overtime, inventory accuracy, and documentation cadence.
