The Service Technician at Vesuvius North America will provide on-site support to customers in maintaining Vesuvius products and systems for the Steel division. You will assist the Account Manager, participate in customer meetings, and help train customers on operation and maintenance procedures.

You will gather and report daily data, coordinate product deliveries, and perform field trials for new and current business initiatives, ensuring safe, efficient task execution on site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associates degree or technical certificate a plus.
• Two plus years of industrial and/or maintenance experience a plus.
• Basic mechanical skills with ability to understand system functions.

Responsabilités

• Provide on-site support to maintain Vesuvius products and systems for the Steel division.
• Assist Account Manager and participate in customer meetings as required.
• Train customers on procedures for mechanism operations and system use.
• Coordinate delivery efforts of Vesuvius products.
• Take daily reports (caster logs, EAF heats sheets, ladle logs, tundish sheets) and other related reports.
