Job summary

Harnish Group Inc. in Kent, WA, seeks a Service Technician to install, calibrate, and troubleshoot 2D/3D technology products for SITECH Northwest customers. This role requires hands-on field service and strong technical communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience in land surveying or construction with heavy machinery operation preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Perform service work on customers' equipment: diagnostics, testing, repair, calibration, upgrading.
• Provide support and troubleshooting to customers and service technicians.
• Provide technical support for prompt, accurate resolution of issues.
• Escalate unresolved customer and service technician issues.
• Demonstrate and describe functions of core products and advise customers on best solutions.
• Capture all pertinent customer information including purchase orders, job site information, serial numbers, firmware version, warranty information, and upgrade codes.
