Job summary

UniFide CST Scale Systems is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, inspect, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair weighing equipment across the Green Bay area. You will diagnose issues, perform calibrations, and build lasting customer relationships in a hands-on, mobile role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and PC software).
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to lift, move, and work with equipment safely.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn and complete required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Install and service weighing systems across retail, industrial, and heavy-capacity scales.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and calibrations.
• Inspect and test equipment to ensure accuracy.
• Complete service documentation and customer reports.
• Travel to customer locations throughout the region.
• Deliver excellent customer service while representing UniFide CST.
