Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical cert/2-year degree is a plus.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• 1–2 years in maintenance, mechanical, industrial, electrical, or related field preferred.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and work with teammates, managers, and customers to complete jobs safely.
• Clean driving record and ability to obtain/maintain a Class B CDL.
• Flexibility to work beyond standard hours and occasional weekends.
• A safety-minded approach to work and communication.

Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, service, and repair scales and weighing systems.
• Document calibration and repair actions using inspection checklists and forms.
• Provide excellent service while interacting with customers and teammates.
